Project
Arena
Arena is a protocol and specification layer for bounded physical coordination: sites, vessels, properties, farms, studios, reserves, and other operational containers where membership, responsibility, and authority must become legible.
Question
How can a physical place define who belongs, who acts, who maintains, who decides, and how an arrangement can renew or end without becoming either informal chaos or institutional capture?
Position
Arena treats the physical container as the primary unit of coordination. Digital systems do not replace the place. They record custody, access, membership, contribution, dispute resolution, standards, and exit so that the state of the container can be understood and governed.
Surface
The work includes registry logic, charters, recognition standards, membership models, DAO-adjacent governance, and operator guides. It is intended for bounded projects where land, infrastructure, people, and long-term responsibility are inseparable.
Status
Arena currently exists as protocol documents, build plans, registry components, and working code. It is a foundation layer for several Anthem projects concerned with place, governance, and physical coordination.
